The opening animation key visual for Attack on Titan 3 has been revealed. The animation is produced by MAPPA, featuring Eren, Mikasa, and other familiar characters.
This key visual was unveiled on the 17th anniversary of Attack on Titan. The game will cover the Survey Corps' early experiences through to the story's conclusion, recreating events from both the anime and manga.
In addition to remastered story cutscenes, the game will retain gameplay mechanics involving the Omni-Directional Mobility Gear. Details regarding save data transfer bonuses from previous titles and how to use them have not yet been announced.
Attack on Titan 3 is scheduled to launch on December 10 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2.
