The symphonic concert themed around "Light & Shadow: The 33rd Expedition" has announced 24 additional performances, extending the tour schedule into 2028. Notably, the London stop on February 28, 2027, will be held at The O2 Arena, marking the first time the venue hosts a concert dedicated to video game soundtracks.
Titled "Light & Shadow: The 33rd Expedition – A Painted Symphony," the performance is led by composer Lorien Testard, singer Alice Duport-Percier, and the Orchestre Curieux. This year's European tour dates have already sold out, including the April performance at London's Eventim Apollo.
The newly announced 2027 schedule will kick off on January 28 in Amnéville, France, before heading to Strasbourg, Lille, Clermont-Ferrand, Bordeaux, and London. Between March and May, the tour will also visit Montpellier, Marseille, Lyon, Toulouse, Barcelona, Brussels, Hamburg, Berlin, Oslo, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Krakow, Rouen, and Nantes.
The tour has also confirmed four performances for 2028: two consecutive nights at Radio City Music Hall in New York on September 29 and 30, followed by two shows at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on October 6 and 7. In total, these newly added dates bring the count to 24 performances.
The "Light & Shadow: The 33rd Expedition" soundtrack also topped the UK Official Independent Albums Chart this year, securing number one spots on the official physical and vinyl album charts in both France and the UK, becoming the first video game soundtrack to achieve these milestones.
The game's score previously won the "Video Game Score of the Year" at the 2025 World Soundtrack Awards and took home the "Best Score and Music" award at The Game Awards 2025. With the addition of these new dates, the world tour for this thematic symphonic concert is now scheduled through October 2028.
