SteelSeries has announced the launch of the Aeon Pro wireless controller, available in black and white. SteelSeries stated that many players now game across multiple platforms, including PC, next-gen consoles, handhelds, and mobile devices, requiring suitable peripherals to meet their needs while also demanding innovation and technology to further enhance the gaming experience. To this end, SteelSeries introduces the Aeon Pro, a new generation high-end controller designed for all-around gamers.
The Aeon Pro comes with a QuickSwitch dock compatible with PC and Xbox, featuring a replaceable battery system that includes two batteries, each providing approximately 12 hours of battery life. Players can also switch using the controller without needing to re-pair. Additionally, it supports Bluetooth connectivity, allowing players to switch to mobile devices.
The Aeon Pro features an OLED screen that supports switching devices, selecting profiles, remapping buttons, and checking battery levels; it is equipped with Hall effect joysticks and triggers, mostly using mechanical switches; it has a replaceable joystick design with four different style options; it includes four back paddle buttons; and remapping and other operations can be completed via SteelSeries GG on PC.
SteelSeries announced that the Aeon Pro wireless controller will be available for purchase starting September 8, 2026, with a suggested retail price of $259.99 (approximately RMB 1,743.78).
