During the latest Nintendo Direct, Nintendo unveiled a new trailer for the Switch 2 version of Monster Hunter Wilds, showcasing gameplay footage and combat scenes. The game is scheduled to launch on Switch 2 on December 4, 2026. Check out the video below!

The hunt is on! In Monster Hunter Wilds, players will hunt massive monsters in a dynamic and ever-changing world, craft more powerful gear, and uncover the secrets of the "Forbidden Lands." Whether at home or on the go, you can join forces with others through online multiplayer. The game will launch on Switch 2, featuring full cross-platform play and all free content updates. A major expansion, Monster Hunter Wilds: Beyond, is also in development.
