Set in the futuristic cyberpunk city of StillFlow City, the game casts players as a cyber-vigilante haunted by past regrets, seeking revenge amidst a web of conspiracies involving the police, corporations, and criminal organizations. The story features multiple branches and hidden content, with player choices toward different characters influencing the narrative's direction.

Combat features fast-paced one-hit-kill mechanics. Players must dodge bullets and rockets, but can also parry at the right moment to reflect enemy attacks back at them. Electronic devices and other objects in the environment can also be used in battle, either to set traps or distract enemies.

The protagonist was once a member of the "Gyakugawa" tactical unit. A time-rewind device implanted in their body reverses time upon receiving fatal damage, giving players another chance to try again. The visuals combine top-down hand-crafted pixel art scenes, CRT display effects, and hand-drawn comic-style cutscenes, using different styles to connect levels and storylines.

During the Steam Tokyo Game Show 2026 event, the game will offer a free demo covering the first three chapters and three different areas, including dozens of battles and a chapter-ending boss fight. Players can use six weapons; some can be purchased from merchants, while others must be found by following clues provided by ten non-player characters encountered earlier in the game.

Tokyo Game Show 2026 will be held from September 17 to 21 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. Happinet will also offer an exclusive on-site demo at booth E63 in the Indie Game Area of Hall 9, featuring a "10-Minute Challenge" with two combat stages. Completing different stages rewards players with umbrella keychains or game-themed mouse pads, with limited quantities available for each item.
