Happinet Inc. (Headquarters: Taito-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Toshiyuki Mizutani; Stock Code: 7552) announces a partnership with independent game development studio KOHACHI STUDIO Inc., and will release "Yokai Buster: Nabi-no-suke" for Nintendo Switch and Steam platforms in 2027 under the "Happinet Indie Collection" brand. Chinese language support is included.
Today, a new trailer was also released, and it was announced that the game will be featured at "TOKYO GAME SHOW 2026," where demos will be available.
"Yokai Buster: Nabi-no-suke" is a 2D pixel-art RPG led by akio and others who were active in the arcade game industry in the early 2000s. This title, which was never officially released and remained dormant for about a quarter of a century, is now being reborn.
