505 Games and Supernova Games Studios, with technical support from KUNOS Simulazioni, are pleased to announce the release of the 0.6 update for the critically acclaimed racing simulation game, Assetto Corsa Rally.
Assetto Corsa Rally is a high-fidelity rally simulation game designed for precise control and extreme challenges. With 3D laser-scanned stages and cars, professional co-driver support, and dynamic environmental conditions, this rally simulation offers a challenging immersive experience that perfectly captures the fun, dedication, and passion of point-to-point racing. To celebrate this update, the game is currently available with a limited-time 20% discount.
Overview of the 0.6 Update
The 0.6 update adds three iconic models from rally history: the legendary 1980 Audi Quattro Gr.4 four-wheel-drive race car, the compact and aggressive 1999 Peugeot 206 WRC, and the well-balanced 2018 Volkswagen Polo GTI R5. These new cars have been digitally recreated with unparalleled fidelity and realism, which you can see in the new trailer made specifically for this update.
In addition to these three new rally steel beasts, Supernova Games Studios has added a "Photo Mode," allowing players to capture exciting moments during driving through rich display option customization, as well as introducing a private lobby feature.
Starting with this update, players will be able to host their own customizable, password-protected servers, supporting up to 16 players. During any game session, the host can change various race settings, including stages, vehicles, weather, and more.
The 0.6 update also introduces the first set of community content creation tools. Players can use livery.json files and custom graphic assets outside the game to edit and create exclusive liveries for up to 25 cars. Parameters such as decals, livery colors, paint roughness, metallic gloss, and paint shine can be easily edited using common painting/photo editing software. Supernova Games Studios has compiled a detailed guide with easy-to-understand language to help all creators make their own liveries, regardless of technical expertise or skill level. This guide is included directly in the game folder and is accessible to all users.
