Shiravune has announced that the Chinese version of "Dokyusei 2 Remake" will be released on Steam, with the store page going live on September 15. The game supports Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English.
This title is a remake based on the 1997 Windows version of "Dokyusei 2," preserving the core content of the original while enhancing the graphics and gameplay experience. "Dokyusei 2" was originally released in 1995 by the bishoujo game brand elf.
The remake features new character and event artwork drawn by original artist Sumeregi Kohaku, with map visuals and the user interface upgraded to full HD quality. Players can freely choose between Easy Mode and Classic Mode.
The game also includes features such as CG gallery, scene gallery, and quick save. The story takes place during the protagonist's last winter break of school life, where an ordinary day is changed by an invitation from a friend.
Revealed characters include Yui Narusawa, Tomomi Mizuno, Izumi Shinohara, Karen Majima, and Miki Kato. Yui Narusawa has lived under the same roof as the protagonist since childhood, though they are not related by blood; Tomomi Mizuno is the protagonist's childhood friend who lives next door and serves as the class representative.
"Dokyusei 2 Remake" is published by Shiravune. The Steam page is now live, though the specific release date has not yet been announced.
