The mission-driven cooperative FPS "Fungal Punk" will conclude its Early Access period on October 20, launching on PS5 and PC (Steam) for $14.99. The game will also be added to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog on its launch day.
Publisher Devolver Digital and developer Pigeons at Play announced the news. This is a mission-based cooperative first-person shooter that entered Early Access on PC on July 10, 2025.

Players will join the New Atlas Hazard Crew, a team of robots. Hired by SAXON Corporation, this squad heads to the planet's surface to carry out missions, eradicate deadly fungi, and investigate the fungal catastrophe sweeping the entire planet. Each team member possesses unique equipment and must cooperate in combat.
The game offers a variety of futuristic weapons and power tools, which players can modify through a grid-based upgrade system. Upgraded abilities and customized weapons can be combined to create different cooperative playstyles; teammates can even shoot each other.
Enemies will corrupt technological equipment on the planet, turning it into weapons against players. Players can gradually dismantle enemy components, but dropped parts may be picked up by other enemies, becoming a threat once again.
Between missions, the squad can return to their transport ship in orbit. The ship features toys and mini-games, allowing players to relax with friends or chat with Roachard Cox, SAXON's insectoid veteran, to learn more about the galaxy.
