During the event, Atsushi Inaba and Stellar Blade Director Kim Hyung-tae exchanged views on each other's work. Inaba noted that while many games revolve around a single strong concept, Stellar Blade combines multiple gameplay mechanics, offering not only a combat system but also rich customization options and a distinct presentation style.

Inaba believes that these elements have been meticulously polished and integrated into a fast-paced, content-rich action experience. He described Stellar Blade as a reference book showing developers "how to make fun games," while admitting that the title also sparked a competitive drive in him not to be outdone by its creators.

He also specifically praised the design of combat against humanoid enemies in Stellar Blade, considering it an essential element of a great action game. Kim Hyung-tae responded that creating such battles is particularly challenging, so he was delighted to see their efforts recognized.

Kim Hyung-tae expressed his deep respect for Bayonetta, listing it among his top three favorite games. He stated that he strove to deliver the best possible experience while creating this crossover and hopes that the two studios can continue their collaboration in the future.

The Stellar Blade and Bayonetta crossover includes four outfits, with the fourth, "Black Hair," personally designed by Kim Hyung-tae and unveiled for the first time at Tokyo Game Show 2026. The Nintendo Switch 2 version of Stellar Blade: Complete Edition is scheduled for release on November 5, 2026, with a free demo already available.
