Shift Up has now released the free demo of Stellar Blade for Nintendo Switch 2 worldwide, allowing players to experience the game before its official release on November 5. The demo not only includes content from the base game but also offers new options optimized for Switch 2 performance.
This demo launched on the Nintendo Store on September 20. Stellar Blade was previously released on PlayStation 5 and PC, making this Switch 2 version the game's third platform launch.
During the Tokyo Game Show, attendees were able to try out the Switch 2 version of Stellar Blade on-site, with Shift Up CEO Hyung-Tae Kim even providing guidance to players during the demo sessions.
Stellar Blade for Switch 2 will be released in both physical and digital editions on November 5. The Complete Edition is priced at $60, while the version with a steelbook case is $70. Contents include the two DLC expansions released so far, multiple outfits and cosmetic items, as well as a certain amount of in-game currency.
The physical edition uses a 32GB game card; players who choose the digital version will need to reserve approximately 25GB of storage space. The free demo is now available for download, allowing players to get a preview of the base game and the new performance options added for the Switch 2 version.
