The sequel to "Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood," starring Brad Pitt, originally titled "The Adventures of Cliff Booth," has been renamed "THE FURTHER MIS-ADVENTURES OF CLIFF." Brad Pitt returns as the lead, with David Fincher directing and Quentin Tarantino, director of "Kill Bill," writing the screenplay. It will premiere on Netflix on December 23 and hit IMAX theaters on November 25.
The movie refocuses on the anti-hero portrayed by Brad Pitt. Set eight years after the first film, it chronicles his experiences in 1977 Los Angeles as a "public relations fixer" for a Hollywood studio.
Filming took place over seven months in Los Angeles and officially wrapped in January. Rumors suggest a budget as high as $200 million, which would make it the most expensive project either Tarantino or Fincher has written or directed.
The film also features Elizabeth Debicki, Scott Caan, Carla Gugino, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and Peter Weller.
