The map scores were 13-4, 11-13, 13-4, and 13-7. Vitality took Anubis, Mirage, and Cache, only losing on Inferno after a tight 24-round contest. The two teams had previously met in the upper bracket, where Aurora won 2-1.
ZywOo was the standout player of the series, recording 71 kills and 44 deaths in the Grand Final, providing crucial support for Vitality's championship win.
Vitality only dropped a map against Aurora during their run to the title. The team defeated magic 2-0 and beat FURIA twice by the same scoreline, ultimately claiming the StarSeries Season 20 championship.
mezii had previously missed BLAST Porto to welcome his second child, with jL filling in as a temporary substitute. mezii has now returned for this event, restoring Vitality's full roster. The team had previously failed to win titles at BLAST Bounty, EWC 2026, and BLAST Porto earlier this season.
Vitality's next stop is ESL Pro League Season 24 in Katowice, where they will compete with their full roster. However, in-game leader apEX is confirmed to miss the PGL Bucharest Major from October 24 to 31, with jL stepping in as substitute once again.
Due to scheduling conflicts within the roster, Vitality will also be absent from IEM Beijing. This means the team will have less than a month to practice with their full lineup before the PGL Singapore 2026 Major begins.
