Kanavo's PC game "Dragon Raising Project" launched its full release on Steam on September 24, adding a storyline that leads to the true ending. The game is priced at 1,680 yen (including tax) in Japan.
"Dragon Raising Project" is a lightweight roguelike RPG. Players must raise the newborn Dragon Girl, "Shenlong," and find a way to prevent disaster before the world ends in one year. Shenlong can eat meat, stones, and even houses; feeding and raising methods affect the abilities she gains.
Players can raise the Dragon Girl into a combat-focused type specializing in physical attacks, or teach her healing, support, or debuff abilities. Different cultivation paths change how you face the final boss. The Dragon Girl's appearance and personality also evolve based on how she is raised, leading to different story endings; a single playthrough takes about an hour.
The game entered Early Access in 2025. The producer previously stated that sales had reached 70,000 copies; as of the time of writing, there are over 1,870 reviews on Steam, with an overall rating of "Overwhelmingly Positive."
The full release adds the new story arc "DRAGON'S DISCIPLINE," allowing players to reach the true ending of the story. Completing this arc unlocks all 25 endings at once, each accompanied by an event illustration. Players who purchased the Early Access version can update to the full release for free.
