adidas Japan launched the MEGARIDE F50 sneakers themed around Pokémon's Pikachu on September 24. The new shoes feature a 3D lightning bolt pattern covering the upper, showcasing Pikachu's Electric-type characteristics.
This shoe is a collaboration between adidas Originals and Pokémon, based on the MEGARIDE F50 silhouette. The lightning bolt pattern on the upper is created using 3D tactile printing.
The heel tab features Pikachu, with a lightning bolt pattern extending from this point across the shoe. The design also includes a transparent TPU heel plate, laces printed with the Pokémon logo, and two interchangeable insoles.
The shoebox features a Master Ball-themed design. This Pikachu-themed release follows the Pokémon collaboration series launched by adidas on September 15.
The sneakers will be available starting September 24 via the CONFIRMED app and select stores in Japan, including MIYASHITA PARK, Harajuku, and Ginza locations in Tokyo, as well as designated stores in Shinsaibashi, Fukuoka, and other areas.
