Following its Steam Early Access launch on October 7, 2025, Seafarers Life: Sailing Simulator now arrives in its full release version, simultaneously launching on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The game supports cross-platform play, allowing players to team up with friends on other supported platforms to experience cooperative multiplayer.
Featuring an easy-to-learn ship control system, Seafarers Life: Sailing Simulator recreates the unique sense of freedom and atmosphere found in life and work at sea. Players can build reputation among different ports and factions by transporting cargo, responding to Coast Guard distress calls, and completing a diverse range of other missions.
Upon successfully completing missions, players will unlock new development opportunities and vessels. Additionally, the game offers a story-driven campaign mode that takes players on a dramatic maritime journey, gradually uncovering tales of sabotage, piracy, and long-buried secrets.
Since its Early Access launch, the game has continuously added new vessels, rescue missions, and additional cargo types, while expanding its trade and economic systems, introducing cooperative multiplayer, and implementing numerous optimizations and improvements. This full release update also adds eight new missions and further enhances the overall experience.
