SNK Corporation announces that the third DLC character for Season 3 "Revenge Destiny" of the critically acclaimed fighting game FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves, "Kim Kaphwan," is now available.

In Season 3, themed around "Those Who Bear the Fate of Revenge," popular characters from previous titles such as Rick Strowd, Duck King, and Kim Kaphwan will join the roster. Additionally, the fourth DLC character drop in October will feature both Sano Manjiro (Mikey) and Ryuguji Ken (Draken). Raoh will arrive in November, and a mysterious character is planned for December. A total of 7 DLC characters will be added throughout Season 3.

World-renowned animator Masami Obari has created an animated trailer to commemorate Kim Kaphwan's arrival. Dong-hwan and Jae-hoon find themselves in trouble before villains—appearing before them is the legendary Taekwondo master and their father, Kim Kaphwan. Masami Obari Profile
Born in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. Representative Director and CEO of G-1NEO Studio. As an anime creator, mecha designer, and director, he has participated in the production of many popular anime works. He established his own directing style with dynamic artwork and unique deformation techniques. This style has gained support from anime fans worldwide and has significantly influenced many other creators. He served as character designer and art director for the TV anime series Battle Fighters Garou Densetsu, and as director for the theatrical film Garou Densetsu: The Motion Picture. Additionally, he produced special videos for The King of Fighters XV and special music videos for FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves.

Kim Kaphwan, Korea's strongest Taekwondo master, joins the battle.
Kim Kaphwan is Korea's strongest Taekwondo master, active in the series since the release of Fatal Fury 2 in 1992. Believing Taekwondo to be the world's strongest martial art, he fights against evil with a strong sense of justice and the motto "I will not tolerate evil!" With his impressive skills and noble character, he has been loved by players for many years, becoming one of the most popular representative characters in the series. Additionally, his two sons, Kim Dong-hwan and Kim Jae-hoon, have also joined the battle in this title. With Kim Kaphwan's addition, the "Kim Family" will gather in the same work for the first time, all appearing as playable characters.

Kim Kaphwan's story will also be added to "EOST" and "Arcade Mode," where you can experience character-specific scenarios!
Single-player RPG Mode "EOST":
To visit Raiden, who has always looked after Dong-hwan and Jae-hoon, Kim Kaphwan returns to South Town after many years. The father and sons spend rare time alone together, and the now-grown sons share their deep-seated thoughts with their father. A story intertwining family bonds and individual beliefs begins here.
"Arcade Mode":
The one who raised Kim Dong-hwan and Kim Jae-hoon, these two young Taekwondo practitioners, is their father, Kim Kaphwan. While dedicating himself to guiding his juniors, he has never neglected his own training, honing his skills day after day.
