Dotemu and Tribute Games have revealed the details for Marvel Cosmic Invasion: Siege of Doomstadt. This DLC will launch on PS5 and PS4 on November 10, 2026, featuring a new roguelike mode and two playable characters: Doctor Doom and Invisible Woman.
In the new mode, players select a hero and enter Doomstadt Castle. Each run features randomly combined rooms and challenges, with players choosing between different paths leading to various rewards along the way, similar to the progression style of Hades.
As players progress through each run, their characters can gradually gain stat boosts, new equipment, and various modifiers, allowing them to build diverse ability combinations. Randomized levels, route rewards, and in-run progression form the core loop of this expansion.
The DLC also adds Doctor Doom and Invisible Woman to the playable roster, further expanding character options beyond the new challenge rules. The actual replayability of the roguelike mode remains to be seen once the full version is released.
