KRAFTON (CEO CH Kim) announced on October 27 that PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS (hereinafter referred to as "PUBG") will collaborate with the Korean girl group IVE. This collaboration features videos and in-game content themed around IVE's hit song "LOVE DIVE."
PUBG previously hinted at the collaboration with IVE through teaser images on the 21st. The main collaboration visual was revealed on the 27th, followed by a teaser trailer showcasing the Rondo-themed area and some items later that afternoon. The main trailer starring IVE members is scheduled to be released on November 1.
The main trailer will feature IVE members recreating the concepts and outfits from their "LOVE DIVE" promotional era. The video will also premiere a remix that blends the original track with PUBG's music for the first time.
A collaboration-themed area based on the music video will be added to the Rondo map in-game. This space will reflect key scenes and atmospheres tailored to PUBG's gameplay environment. Additionally, character skins replicating the faces of all six IVE members will be released, along with related items such as outfits, hairstyles, and accessories. New emotes featuring IVE's popular songs and their new October track will also be introduced.
