The fantasy anime "Our Last Crusade or the Beginning of the World" has been confirmed for a third season, along with the release of the first key visual for the new season. The story takes place in a world divided by war. A young soldier is ordered to assassinate the figure known as the "Ice Calamity Witch." Upon meeting, they discover they share many commonalities and choose to cooperate, thereby becoming traitors in the eyes of their respective factions. Their romantic relationship develops throughout this process.
The first key visual hints that the newly introduced character may bring more changes to this romantic storyline, but no further plot details have been revealed yet. At this stage, the only officially confirmed progress is the production of Season 3.
