Future content for the Fire Emblem: Threads of Fate Expansion Pass has allegedly been leaked early through data mining, revealing around 11 unused character names and crossover items related to Fire Emblem: Three Houses. However, these files may be outdated or misinterpreted, and neither Nintendo nor developer Intelligent Systems has confirmed this information.
The Expansion Pass was officially announced in October 2026, confirming that content will be released in three batches. Currently disclosed information mainly includes three additional allies, four new weapons, and subsequent storylines, along with mentions of new classes, new characters, and the third batch of story content. All three DLC batches are scheduled for release in 2027, but specific time windows have not yet been announced.
The data mining reveals that a new interface may appear after clearing the Insane difficulty. DLC lord characters are reportedly set to have their own obelisks, themes, and portraits that glow upon completing Act II. Approximately 11 unused character names appeared in the roster menu, including Chiara, Churness, Credna, Cleobulus, Gladius, Jurah, Kalla, Myson, Nomved, Smyrnos, and Suarez.
Additionally, six characters appeared in costume data, and seven in support data, with Mars and Anna each linked to costumes or support records. The files also mention the "Crown of Wisdom," whose crest is associated with the Macuil crest from Fire Emblem: Three Houses, continuing the crossover established in the first batch of DLC. Whether this content will make it into the final release remains to be confirmed by official announcements.
