Brawlhalla Online, developed by Funktronic Labs, has officially entered Early Access. Positioned as a "lightweight MMO," the game allows players to enter the world of Tolcott as apprentice knights, teaming up with friends to complete quests, explore PvE dungeons, and challenge bosses.
The game also offers optional faction-based PvP, allowing those who prefer not to compete against other players to focus on cooperative content. Character progression primarily revolves around crafting items, acquiring loot, and upgrading equipment.
The development team also revealed part of the Early Access roadmap. November will focus on bug fixes, balance adjustments, and stability improvements; the first major content update, "Island Odyssey," is planned for December and is expected to add two-star quests, new bosses, and new gear.
The three-star quests are currently tentatively scheduled for Q1 2027, but this timeline is closer to a development target than a firm commitment. Brawlhalla Online is priced at $13 during Early Access, with a 25% launch discount available until November 9, bringing the price down to just under $10.
