Nijisanji VTuber Kageo Nagao has announced that the internal gaming event "Nijisanji Squid Fest 2026" will take place from November 7th to 8th, featuring Splatoon 3. The event follows a two-day schedule, with Day 1 starting at 15:00 on November 7th, and Day 2 beginning at 14:00 on November 8th.
Before the official matches begin, the organizers will hold a tournament briefing and draw on October 29th at 18:00. The related program will be streamed on Kageo Nagao's channel, with Kageo Nagao and Meruto Kuramochi scheduled to appear together.
The name "Squid Fest" continues the naming convention used by Nijisanji for its internal Splatoon events. Details regarding this year's team compositions, specific rules, and matchups are still pending the briefing and draw results, with the October 29th livestream serving as a key milestone before the subsequent schedule is announced.
The times listed above follow those in the original Japanese report; viewers in other regions should note time zone differences when watching the livestream. The official matches will be held consecutively on November 7th and 8th, approximately one week after the briefing concludes.
