Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket Adds Three Rainbow Rare Mew Cards with a 0.05% Drop Rate

The latest update for Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket adds three RGB Mew cards, each with a mere 0.05% drop rate, making them the rarest cards currently available in the game. Unless players use the newly added "Special Pack Hourglasses," they only have one free chance per week to obtain them.

《宝可梦集换式卡牌 Pocket》新增三张RGB梦幻卡,单卡概率仅0.05%

This update introduces three new card packs. Two of them belong to the Dual Fusion deck, which unlocks Series C cards, while the other is First Partners from the brand-new Special Series. The First Partners pack contains 27 cards, primarily featuring full-art cards of starter Pokémon from various generations. Unlike standard packs that contain five cards, each First Partners pack contains only one card.

The three RGB Mew cards originate from the Pokémon Card Game 30th Anniversary series. They are not included in the regular numbering of First Partners and can only be obtained through this specific pack. Additionally, First Partners does not refresh daily but rather once a week. The low drop rate combined with the limited pack opening frequency further increases the difficulty of obtaining these cards.

Based on this, Centro Leaks estimates that if players consistently open one free pack per week, it might take until the year 2064 on average to obtain an RGB Mew card. This result is an average scenario derived from probability calculations and does not mean every player will need to wait the same amount of time.
