"Crazy Pack Opener" Expected to Launch on Steam Tonight! Features Over 1,800 Cards

"Crazy Pack Opener," a pack-collecting simulation game developed by Cybernetic Walrus, is scheduled for release on Steam around 9 PM on October 30. The game features over 1,800 cards, with gameplay centered on opening packs, organizing them, and completing your collection album.

《疯狂开卡包》预计今晚登陆Steam!收录超1800张卡牌

Cards in the game are categorized as Common, Rare, and Mythic. Collection goals also include Ultra Rare versions, foil cards, and metal cards. The core gameplay is not about card battles, but rather focuses on the feedback loop of opening packs, filling out the catalog, and gradually completing your collection.

Players start by manually opening card packs. Later, they can invest earned funds into retro-futuristic workstations and use "Gadget Points" to purchase equipment, gradually automating repetitive tasks. Players can also load entire boxes of packs into machines, waiting for cards to drop continuously before organizing them in bulk.

If you struggle to pull a specific card after a long time, you can complete your collection through the in-game black market. The game has no time limits or forced progression pressure, allowing you to open packs and collect at your own pace. As the current release date is still tentative, please refer to the Steam store page for the actual availability status.
