A free demo of 007 First Light is now available, allowing players to experience the opening mission, Against the Odds. The demo is available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam. Steam and Xbox users can access it directly, while the PS5 version is included as part of the PlayStation Plus Premium subscription benefits and is not unconditionally available to all PS5 players.
The demo only includes the game's first level, which takes about an hour to complete. However, if you purchase the full version later, you can continue from where you left off without having to start over.
The opening mission of 007 First Light, "Against the Odds," takes place in Iceland. It introduces us to a younger, rougher James Bond, a side of the character we've never seen in previous films.
To attract more players to experience 007 First Light, the official team has ramped up promotional efforts, as the long-awaited Switch 2 port of the game is just around the corner. 007 First Light will launch on the Switch 2 platform on March 18, 2027, nearly a year after its initial release on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
