On November 5, HypeTrain Digital LTD announced that Truck World: Australia, a truck simulation game developed by Truck World Studio, has officially entered Early Access. The game is now available on Xbox Series X|S and the Epic Games Store, with the Steam version scheduled for release in Q2 2027.
Set in Australia, Truck World: Australia lets players take on the role of a real truck driver, transporting goods along highways and rugged off-road trails. Beyond driving, players must personally step out to complete various tasks, including connecting trailers and hoses, refueling, and performing vehicle maintenance.
The game features Australia's unique traffic environment, including left-hand driving, massive road trains, and routes stretching from remote wilderness to beautiful coastal cities. Additionally, a dynamic weather system means players may encounter harsh conditions such as heavy rain and dust storms during their journeys.
Unlike traditional truck simulation games, Truck World: Australia not only focuses on the driving experience but also allows players to get out of their trucks to handle various tasks during transport, such as refueling, connecting trailers, and raising landing gear. After completing long-haul deliveries, players can park their trucks at roadside motels and rent a room to rest overnight.
For cargo transport, players can accept orders based on cargo type and arrange how goods are loaded onto their trailers. As long as there is enough space, multiple delivery orders can be accepted simultaneously to improve efficiency. Players can also customize their personal base and upgrade or modify their trucks to suit their preferences.
Currently, Truck World: Australia is available in Early Access on Xbox Series X|S and the Epic Games Store, with the Steam version expected to launch in Q2 2027.
