To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Destiny Child, Com2uS officially announced its new title, Destiny Child: Gathering, and simultaneously launched a teaser website. Com2uS公开《命运之子:集结》 预计2027年上半年全球上线

Destiny Child: Gathering is built upon SHIFT UP's Destiny Child IP, developed by Tikitaka Studio, a subsidiary of Com2uS, with global publishing handled by Com2uS. Positioned as an idle RPG, the game combines character-driven narratives with collection and progression mechanics, aiming to offer a more relaxed and accessible gameplay experience.

In terms of content, the new title will feature the main storyline and side stories from the original game, along with brand-new chapters. The development team aims to preserve the original's character appeal, emotional atmosphere, narrative, and world-building. All content from the original utilizes Live2D technology, featuring over 500 characters.

The developers stated that "Gathering" not only signifies the reunion of players, known as "Demon Lord Candidates" in the original game, but also embodies the hope of reconnecting with fans who have been awaiting the series' return, together embarking on a new story. The teaser trailer prominently features the gradual blooming of the "Rebirth Flower," a sacred artifact from the original work, symbolizing the series' comeback with this new title.
