"Wealth County: Trade & Production," a medieval town-building and economic trade simulation game developed by Nepos Games, is now available in Early Access on Steam. The new version adds at least five system updates based on the previous demo, continuing to focus on production chains, trade, and local political management gameplay.
Players need to lead one of three noble families to establish a settlement, organize production and trade, while striving for privileges in the regional representative council and managing power dynamics between families. The Early Access version adds regional councils and regional privilege proposals, where each representative has one vote, and corrupt proposals may also gain support.
The culture system has been redesigned, with cultural traits forming around traditional products and production synergies. The governor system has adjusted bonus balances, allowing players to reassign governors without penalty, and the selection interface has been improved. The top information bar now includes an overview of building points, and settlements can be relocated for free within a certain range of their original location.
During management, players must meet the population's demands for food and supplies while maintaining roads and buildings. Land and river transport require planning through markets, raft ports, or harbors. The game supports Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and save files from the previous demo can be continued in the Early Access version.
