After obtaining this relic, return to the center and head left along the main path. Go to the back and enter through this small path, where there's a wooden plank that can be moved aside.
After crawling through, head to the riverside first to retrieve our gear from the barrel.

After equipping it, turn around. Look upward and press F to climb up with the grappling hook.
After climbing up, turn right and continue using the grappling hook to ascend.
Once you're up, hold down the CAPS LOCK key (the key that toggles case) to signal toward the distant light. There are spots on both the left and right.
