Use the rope to descend. At the second rope, you'll spot soldiers below; avoid them.
Head to the right and press F to use the cable to cross over.
After using two cables, there's a rope on the roof that you can slide across.
After sliding over, you'll find archers on the other side. To deal with ranged enemies, you can press F to pull them towards you for an environmental kill, or pull them in for a melee takedown.
After dealing with them, walk along the edge.
After walking over, there's a chest on the left. Open it to obtain a new charm [Bracelet Slot 1].
