Mojang has announced a "Transformers" add-on for Minecraft. Developed by Syclone Studios, it is now available on the Minecraft Marketplace and features 12 classic characters from Cybertron.
Featured characters include Optimus Prime, Megatron, Starscream, and Soundwave. Each character comes with unique abilities, weapons, and vehicle modes. Players can collect Energon cubes to gradually unlock more characters and build Cybertronian-style structures.
The add-on also includes TELETRAAN-1, which players can use to create PvP modes such as Deathmatch and Last Man Standing. These modes can be played solo or with friends.
The Character Creator also includes a free item: the Shockwave head accessory. Both this item and the "Transformers" add-on are now available on the Minecraft Marketplace.
