NVIDIA recently released the GeForce Game Ready 617.14 WHQL driver, providing optimized support for Control: Resonance, Gears of War: E-Day, and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition, while also resolving launch issues for these three titles on certain PCs.
Game fixes cover Judgment Remastered, Lost Judgment, and Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. These titles may fail to run after updating to driver version 616.56, and installing version 617.14 will resolve the associated launch failures.
In addition to game-related adjustments, the new driver includes several general bug fixes. Notably, some monitors connected via DisplayPort may fail to wake properly when the computer exits sleep mode after upgrading to the R615 series drivers; version 617.14 resolves this issue.
Display issues with the Samsung Odyssey G95NC monitor are also addressed in this update. When upgrading to the R615 series drivers and connecting via HDMI, this model may experience black screens or no signal; the new driver fixes this problem.
