This time, the Xiaomi 18 Pro series brings a transparent edition. The Pro version is priced at 9,999 yuan, and the Pro Max version at 10,999 yuan (Note from Kuaikeji: both are 16GB+1TB configurations). This version sold out rapidly upon listing, with some netizens commenting, "It was gone in the moment I hesitated."
Lu Weibing, President of Xiaomi Group, stated that the transparent edition of the Xiaomi 18 Pro series has received high recognition, with the initial stock selling out quickly. He expressed gratitude for everyone's support.
It is reported that the transparent edition of the Xiaomi 18 Pro series adopts a stylish red design, creating a three-dimensional embossed texture through micron-level film layers. Meanwhile, transparent wallpapers are used on both the front and back screens to artistically showcase the internal structure of the device, maximizing its overall premium feel.
Regarding performance, the Xiaomi 18 Pro series debuts Qualcomm's new generation Snapdragon 2nm flagship mobile platform. The Xiaomi 18 Pro is equipped with the 6th Gen Snapdragon 8 Elite, while the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max features the 6th Gen Snapdragon 8 Super Elite. Both utilize a 2nm process, marking Xiaomi's first high-end flagship built on 2nm technology.
In terms of display, the entire series features Super Pixel 2.0 technology, integrating hardware-level privacy protection into the screen with the ability to toggle it on or off freely. Additionally, the Xiaomi 18 Pro series continues the previous generation's innovative secondary back display design.
Building upon the Xiaomi 17 Pro, the Xiaomi 18 Pro series introduces AI generation capabilities, launching the AI Versatile Back Display. It supports customization with pets, IPs, anime characters, and more, and allows users to generate dynamic group photos via AI, further expanding the functionality of the back display. This makes it the only iterative imaging flagship featuring a back display in the second half of this year.
