Nugem Studio and Tesseract Studio released the 1.3.0 "Halloween & Relic Update" for the free idle looter RPG "TBH: Taskba Heroes" on October 22. This is the prioritized October content following a delay in the development roadmap, with the Relic system and limited-time events now live.
Players can unlock the Relic system after clearing the Plague Zone at least once. Relic Cases and Relics can be obtained from chests, allowing players to combine them according to slot colors to provide inherent stats and resonance effects for all party members. New tuning recipes are also available, allowing players to spend gold to reset slot colors or stat values.
The Halloween event stage "Pumpkin Lantern Canyon" will be open until 8:59 AM JST on November 12, featuring different difficulties and exclusive entry tickets. Clearing the stage rewards players with event chests and candy. This update also introduces two limited-time pets and adds Halloween costumes for six heroes.
In terms of numerical and convenience adjustments, the wait time for chests in some normal areas and Plague Zones has been shortened, and the chest drop rate has also been increased. The success rates for upgrading Immortal to Treasure and Treasure to Transcendent have been adjusted to 80% and 50%, respectively. The update also adds runes, achievements, and interface options, improves the offline play experience and various operations, and fixes issues related to skills, mail, chests, and display.
The paid DLC "Taskbar Heroes: Material Warehouse" is launching simultaneously. This DLC allows players to store various types of materials in dedicated slots, with a limit of 999 per type. The development team also plans to release four new dungeons, new skills, an expanded level cap, and new difficulties in November.
