A Marvel Infinity Gauntlet collectible embedded with six real colored gemstones will be unveiled at the Pop Culture Legends Evening Auction in Abu Dhabi on December 8, 2026. This item was publicly displayed at San Diego Comic-Con International in 2022 with a price tag of $25 million, and this will be its first sale via auction.
The gauntlet was custom-made by high-end collectible toy company Gentle Giant Ltd, with all six "Infinity Stones" represented by real gems. The disclosed stones include a Colombian emerald weighing nearly 23 carats and hundreds of years old, a Madagascan sapphire weighing nearly 30 carats, and a natural Mozambican ruby weighing over 15 carats.
The other two stones are a cushion-cut spessartine garnet weighing over 35 carats and a rectangular yellow diamond weighing nearly 35 carats. Current public information does not specify the material or weight of the sixth gem.
The Infinity Gauntlet first appeared in Silver Surfer Vol. 3, Issue 44 in 1990, later becoming the central object of the six-issue comic event The Infinity Gauntlet in 1991, and gained iconic status in the Marvel Cinematic Universe through Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. Bidders are required to register in advance and pass qualification checks, with the final transaction price yet to be determined.
