Geo Seed Games and Luckycalf have announced that the number of Steam wishlists for the open-world survival crafting action RPG "Tree of Immortality" has surpassed 100,000. The current free demo will be available until 10:00 AM (UTC+8) on November 3, allowing players to experience multiplayer and PvP content before the deadline.
The game is set on the continent of Eda, which has been侵蚀 by the "Withering." Players take on the role of gardeners of the World Tree, collecting and possessing various fantasy creatures to utilize their abilities for combat, building, exploration, and survival. They can also cooperate with other players to establish shrines and compete for land and resources.
This demo opens up the first area, "Emerald Shadow Valley," featuring 19 types of creatures and 4 bosses, with an estimated playtime of approximately 3 to 5 hours. This version supports P2P multiplayer and PvP battles for the first time, allowing players to experience the creature possession mechanic as well as the basics of cooperative and player-versus-player gameplay.
The development team stated that they plan to add dedicated servers and territory conquest features after the official launch. While the release date for the full version has not yet been announced, this free demo has a clearly defined limited-time availability window.
